If a property has been purchased with a view to re-selling or rental please note that Rent Bang Saray its agents, associates or employees do not guarantee selling properties prior to or after completion, nor do they guarantee any profits or returns, and have no control over the future volume of purchasers, their requirements or future market conditions.
